The marriage rate of girls under 15 is calculated by dividing the number of marriages of girls under 15 in each province by the total registered marriages in the same province. The Iranian Civil Registration Organization has not published data on marriages of children under 15 since 2020.

The divorce-to-marriage ratio is calculated by dividing the number of registered divorces in each province by the total number of registered marriages in the same province. This index is based on 2023 statistical data from the Iranian Civil Registration Organization.
