By the end of the year 1386, nongovernmental banks and non-bank credit institutions had no restriction on determining interest rates on deposits. Years 1396 and 1397: Opening and renewal of special short-term deposits was prohibited until the end of year 1396, pursuant to Circular No. 96/290186 , dated 13/09/1396.
