2- Issuing and renewing of temporary work permits for foreign nationals in East Azarbaijan, Western Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Ilam, Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari, North Khorasan, Zanjan, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Kohgiloyeh and Boyerahmad, Gilan, Lorestan, and Hamedian provinces does not include foreign nationals (Afghan nationals) in the employment organisation plan.
